They re always cleaning it up and making sure it looks nice for its residents. The staff are always super friendly and helpful in anyway possible. Whenever my roommates or I have a problem with something in the apartment, the staff always tries to get to us as soon as possible.

submitted by Miracle B. - |Recommended: YesA nice place if you want to stay close to campus — It s nice but I hate the gates. I don t understand why the side and back ones close at 10 but the front ones are open 24/7. Defeats the purpose doesn t it?

submitted by Karina B. - |Recommended: YesBest off-campus housing at Fresno State — You really get what you pay for! All floor plans are super spacious and designed to feel like a home away from home. No dorm-like feeling! Also appreciate that there are no add on activity, parking, or application fees. I am a student on a budget!
