|Recommended: YesIt nice and neatly taken care of. — It is very free and open. Theres plenty of space around and a pool is near to everyone. There is no hassle to find parking. Then since you are so close to the school you can easily walk across the street to go to classes and not have to fight for parking every morning.
|Recommended: YesIts okaaay — The living is pretty decent. But everything is old. They need to replace the old wood desks and chairs. Also the kitchen chairs.

Thank you so much for the excellent feed back! This is already in the works and will hopefully be completed by the end of the summer. We have replaced all bedroom furniture in the bedrooms for a 1/3 of the property so far and we are working hard to get everyone else updated as well!

|Recommended: YesBulldog Village — I have lived here for 4 years and although I would have liked to have found a different place to live in, it is hard to beat the price here and convenience. Also like how now everything is done online, as well as the maintenance being quick and efficient.

|Recommended: YesGreat — I am a freshman and its my first time really living away from home and Bulldogs is a great place to meet people. It s right across the student athletic center and its right across the street from school. Also chipotle, Taco Bell, Wendy s, McDonalds and Popeyes are just right there. Great parties and its pretty quite most nights. Would most likely live here again next year.

The property is well maintained and there is always tons of space for parking. The best part is living close to Fresno State because I do go to school and work on campus.

Definitely love the monthly activities that Bulldog Village puts out out for the residents! It s a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other!
