|Recommended: YesReview — I love BV, especially because it is so close to campus. Sometimes the complex can get loud due to football game after-parties but that's just a minor problem. The staff is always friendly, and maintenance always arrives in a timely manner.

And the prices just keep rising. Unfortunately we can not do much about the price, as they are driven by our competitors and the economy. I am glad to hear it does not sway your opinion too much though. Please, also, let us know if there is amenities that could use adjusting to make the price point less of an issue, as we are still one of the lowest in the area for student living. We hope to see 100% improvement on wifi next year, and will be replacing all the remaining couches and chairs in the living rooms. also, all new dining room chairs are coming. Hopefully, that all with help.

|Recommended: YesI think this is an amazing property, I enjoy living here the employees are all very nice and helpful the rates are great and the room sizes are perfect. Thank you Bulldog Village for making my college experience that much better — I've actually recommended several people here. I mention to them the friendliness of the residence and employees here. The apartment sizes is worth the money compared to the other apartments and you're right next door to the school how much better can it get.

|Recommended: YesThe place is decent and it provides great services- gym,computer labs, pool — The place is decent for an apartment. Parking is good and the overall appearance of the place is great. Staffs are willing to answer any questions you have. I would say the only bad thing is that some neighbors are loud which can be frustrating because you need sleep. My sink was plugged which wasn't good since you expect the place to be ready for you to use before you move in. Besides that everything else worked.
