Although the walls are thin and the wifi is alright i think bulldog is a great place to start living at. the rooms are a good size and the living area is relatively big. its comfortable and makes me feel at home. the staff always does their best to accommodate to everyones needs. I have already recommended these apartments to a friend and they will be living with me next year

|Recommended: NoOffice useless if you're struggling financially — The office here screwed my friend over and didn't accept his online payment once and charged him unnecessarily. He could barely keep up with his rent because the school took his aid away before the semester started and BV just kept making it worse by charging him pointless fees even after he tried to explain his situation multiple times. I had to help him out. Overall, nice apartment complex but terrible support from the office.
response from property -I'm sorry to hear about the struggles with your friend. It would appear that our options were not fully know to him/her though. We have several payment plan options for both expected and unexpected financial troubles. It would be unclear if any of these options were explored by your friend, but just in case you ever run into difficulty, you should know they exist. As far as the fees, everything is clearly spelled out in the lease, and if there were any unnecessary charges that do not correspond to the lease, you friend can meet with us and we would be happy to resolve any issues. Overall, your disdain with the office staff is completely surprising, as we always cater to the resident. I would very much like to see where the breakdown was, since we have so many options available.
|Recommended: NoI wish I had read the reviews before I moved — I hated it, so many problems from furniture quality to shitty wifi which is vital to a student. One of the biggest problems however, was the security and safety of the apartments. On multiple accounts people cars were broken into and people robbed. One even by gun point in their own apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Your review raises some very serious concerns. We work closely with campus police and Fresno PD on security and safety, and the reported crimes in our complex is less than half of the surrounding areas, if there are crimes happening that you know of, please do not withhold them, let us know. even if you think we already know, we want to make sure every resident feels as safe as possible. If you ever have any concerns, please come into the office and meet with me, the Property Manager, and we can find a resolution.
