|Recommended: YesIts not bad. — It is a nice apartment to live in. However when it comes to maintenance it becomes pretty bad. I know theyre constantly busy, however when you put work orders in, they send you a message saying they are completed but they haven't done anything. This happens quite often. |Recommended: NoVery expensive but worth the price — It is cool because you live by state, but it is very expensive and also PGE is expensive.
|Recommended: YesIt is a good apartment complex for students — It is good living here. The apartments are pretty spacious and clean. However, the windows don't block the noise that is going on outside. Also if you live on the first floor you can hear the people that live above you. But, overall, it is a great complex with the amenities that you need and also it helps that it comes furnished so you wont have to go through the trouble of buying your own furniture.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live in — The updated furniture makes the apartment look really nice In my opinion, I’d prefer to live with people I know pretty well just because it’s easier to manage everything together but of course in any other situation, I wouldn’t mind living with random roommates if I had too. Staff here is so nice and so respectful, in any problem I’ve came across, they helped me through it right then and there. I haven’t had any more issues so far other than minor fixes but overall beautiful environment and super convenient to walk to school for it being a block away. I will continue my stay here. I love it.

|Recommended: YesThe house is nice and furnished — The house and room is nice but if the neighbors are having a party or just screams a lot, it could be heard, and that goes the same way with your roomate

|Recommended: YesNice, feels homey, — The staff is amazing, they are always willing to help with anything you need, and the maintenance is extremely helpful and will fix what's needed to be fixed quickly. The staff is always on top of things and is really nice. My living experience here so far has been awesome, I don't have any complaints so far. However, the parking passes for guests can be quite a hassle due to only being able to get one per person, and it's quite difficult trying to get a pass when the office is closed but I do like the idea of only those who live here can get a parking permit and guests are required a parking pass, it makes it easier not having to struggle to find parking.
