|Recommended: YesVery good place to live — I have lived here since August 2019. I would say this is the best student complex I have lived in. The staff were very respectful and polite and they treated me well. Whenever I have a problem, they understood my situation and gave me several options to solve my problems.
All in all, I really recommend living here

The only problem is that staff come in to check your apartment room very often. It does get annoying because I don’t like being there when they check, but they do let you know beforehand when they will be coming in. But overall, really good apartments.
|Recommended: YesDecent living and friendly staff — It is generally nice but security is horrible. They harass people who live here and do not stop the loud drunk party people that wake me up. Staff is sweet and so are the maintenance people for the most part. Also no security cameras so some of my sisters clothes and her bike was stolen. There is room for improvement but for a first apartment. Ivory is a sweet heart and so is her daughter.
