|Recommended: YesParent — I love the fact that my son lives so close to campus. The staff is always so friendly and although I live in Texas, they know me by name when I call.
response from property -We appreciate your kind words. It is actually a little known fact that the staff here at Bulldog Village has made it a personal goal to get to know all of our residents. We make a valid effort to learn the name of every resident and even our concerned parents and guardians. We understand that moving away for college can be a scary experience, but we would like to offer peace of mind and a friendly smile.
|Recommended: YesAll in all, it's a great place — I thought it was better quality living than the dorms. Downside is you have to cook for yourself, clean for yourself, and may need to tolerate roommates.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, plenty of parking, safe — It's a great deal for the location and size of the rooms. I have not had any issues within the complex.
|Recommended: YesGood price, near CSU Fresno. — The apartments are close to CSU Fresno, and are very well priced compared to other apartments near the school. Some parties do occur, but it is okay if you can focus on your work with some noise. Overall, the apartments are good, staff is friendly and understanding to your needs and questions.
|Recommended: YesI think that there are a lot of things that can be upgraded. Furniture being one. It may seem small but the cable boxes can even be upgraded. I know that is is free to upgrade them individually but I'm not sure if it different for a package — I don't like the management too much. I had a problem with a roommate not paying utilities and they didn't handle it, when it is in the lease that everyone has to pay. Other that that it's not bad. Next to campus which is convenient.

|Recommended: YesI think the property is great and up to date. The appliances and furniture are nice and clean. New carpets and some new furniture. It's very nice for a college apartment. — It's a nice place to live, close to campus and other food places. However, since it is college kids it can get very loud and noisy at night. But overall, a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesIt's clean, updated, and has a lot of fun activities to do. Staff is very helpful and friendly. — I would tell them that it's the best apartment complex in the area and is a great place to live. It also feels safer than other complexes in the area.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live with smiling and helpful staff — It is conveniently close to the university making for short commute times on foot to class. The people in the complex are nice and the amenities provided are efficient, as well as the upkeep of the swimming pools being frequent. On weekends you can hear your neighbours a bit more but that is a given really as it's their downtime, and if they are too loud they are willing to turn down the volume if asked politely and are compliant. The staff has done multiple maintenance orders and each time they have been very friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome to ask questions about anything you're not sure of and have a great service manner.
