|Recommended: YesGreat staff. Loved the experience. Affordable. — It was a great first apartment experience, there were lots of noise from the downstairs neighbors but there wasn't as much noise as I expected there to be for an apartment complex full of college students.

|Recommended: YesPerfect for students at Fresno State. — It's great living here, everything is so close. This school, grocery stores, drugstores are all within a ten minute drive. The staff is so kind and helpful. Plus there's taco Tuesday.
