|Recommended: YesA great living place. — It is a good apartment for the price. The ac works really well which is great. There is plenty of space to store things both in the rooms and kitchen. The included furniture is great. It's also nice that there are laundry rooms throughout the property. It's also great that the property is just across from Fresno State, making it easy to get there just by walking.

|Recommended: YesThoughts on Property — So far living on this property has been great
|Recommended: YesSo far pretty nice and the staff are kind. — The apartment was in total disarray when moving in. The refrigerator and stove were not hooked up, and everything was very dirty. But the maintenance staff have been very kind. When I first got here the head maintenance guy introduced himself to me personally and helped me fix a couple things on the spot. A lot of appliances were broken when we moved in, such as the air conditioner. I really like the layout of the 4 person apartment, it feels like plenty of space. Now that school has started it is much harder to find parking in the evening, but it is easy to park during the day.
